Yes, all infants 0 to 2 years are charged at €15 and kids aged from 3 to 15yrs are €24. All infants and children will receive a gift from Santa.
Accompanying Teenagers (Over 15 years) are to be booked as adults at the €15 with no Santa gift included. Teenagers 15 and under should book a Child ticket at €24 and will receive and age-appropriate gift from Santa.
All adults (including Senior Citizens) are €15, including carers and SNA’s.
Yes, you can request to amend your group/or child information by emailing greetings@santasenchantedchristmas.ie with details of your edits or changes. Please include your original booking reference number, tour date & time. There is a maximum capacity of 6 per booking (max 18 persons per 15-minute slot) Additional adults/children can be booked in on the basis of availability. No other ticket changes accommodated and no refunds issued for unused tickets.

All sales close 24 hours in advance of the tour day. No cash payments taken or tickets sold on event days.
Yes! we are delighted to have the Riverside Park Hotel on board as our seasonal accommodation supplier. Yes! There is free on-site parking for the duration of your visit to Santa’s Enchanted Christmas experience. We are also a short 5-minute walk from the Riverside Park Hotel.
Please allow plenty of travel time in order to find parking and allow for traffic and poor weather conditions.
Please ensure to bring your printed online ticket or show same on your phone device. Dress appropriately as there is an entry queue, interior movement between themed rooms and window/doors may be open for ventilation purposes.
Buggies and pushchairs are not permitted on the tour – they can be stored on the grounds at your own risk for the duration of tour only. We accept no liability for damaged or stolen property. Only during the shorter Infant Tours will buggies be allowed into the experience.
Yes, the National 1798 Rebellion Centre is wheelchair accessible and has a lift.
The duration of the tour is approximately 30-45 Minutes. Please be patient as it can be busy at popular times and numbers are set per hour/15min slot. There will be other patrons moving within the same group tour and entering/exiting at the end of individual time slots. If you need assistance, please ask one of our staff for direction. The Infant and Sensory Family visits will be 15-20 minute in duration, but there may be a short wait on arrival to the venue.
Yes, you are allowed to take photos during the tour on your own devices. There will be an elf in Santa’s Grotto to assist with family photos on your own device.
It is advisable to arrive no earlier than 5 minutes prior to the commencement of the tour. Please allow extra travel time to reach the 1798 Centre during Christmas traffic or during bad weather and peak times. If you arrive late for the tour, we regret to say that we cannot guarantee that you can partake in the tour or on any subsequent tours.
Yes! The National 1798 Rebellion Centre has a full-service café, open daily during the experience. Reservations may be required. Take-away tea/coffee & hot chocolate will be available. Please see our social media for more.

The local Tourism Information Centre is located in Enniscorthy Castle on Castle Hill, which is open from 12-7pm, Wednesday through Sunday during the Santa Experience. They are happy to assist with your visit.
